In addition, she has assisted in the acquisition of several new apartment communities.

Kelly graduated from the University of Nebraska – Omaha with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She has obtained the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designations with the Apartment Association of Nebraska. She is enthusiastic to continue pursuing further education within the industry. Kelly received Lund Living’s Residential Department Award for Manager of the Year in 2010 and the Stars of Excellence Property Manager of the Year Award in 2015, presented by the Apartment Association of Nebraska.

Tanya joined Lund Living in 2012 and has more than 20 years of leadership and commercial real estate experience with both local and national private property management organizations. As President of Lund Living, Tanya oversees the physical, operational, and financial aspects of the Company’s portfolio of multi-family communities and commercial properties. Tanya’s primary responsibilities are managing client accounts and assisting in the growth and development of staff, as well as the overall firm. Her role involves expanding and securing new business, managing project portfolio that meets or exceeds projections, motivating staff to provide outstanding client service, and participating in the internal management of the company.
Tanya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. She also received her Bachelor of Science degree with emphasis in Psychology and Communications from Bellevue University. In 2013, Tanya received the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association. Most recently, Tanya became a member of the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) faculty group in 2014.
Being an active member of the Omaha community, Tanya is a graduate of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Omaha program. Tanya is currently serving as a Board Member on the National Association of Commercial Property Owners (NACPO). Tanya also served on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Center for Advancement (WCA) from 2014-2020. Tanya has served or is currently serving on/for the following Boards/Organizations: Women’s Power Lunch Committee for Habitat for Humanity, Girls Night Out for Girls, Inc., and the CRE Summit Steering Committee.

Gabriel joined Lund Living in 2016 as a New Development Project Manager where he works with our multi-family projects from inception through stabilization. Working as a design and marketing consultant Gabe collaborates with owners, designers, construction, and management to create the best product possible with a lease-up strategy for success.
Gabe has been in property management for over seven years. The bulk of his career has been focused on restoration and development of historic buildings transitioning them into multi-family apartment homes. His area of expertise is consulting development/design, marketing and lease-up strategist.

Pamela Flynn has been with Lund Living for over 12 years and has more than 15 years of experience in property management. As Senior Vice President of Residential Property Management, Pamela oversees Lund Living’s multi-family property management division. In addition to managing client accounts, Pamela plays a key role in the internal leadership of Lund Living by strategically planning, expanding and securing new business; meeting or exceeding project projections; and is dedicated to overseeing a team who is committed to the art of outstanding client service. In 2019, Pamela was promoted to Director of Residential Property Management where she oversaw a team of Regional Property Managers that managed a diverse portfolio to ensure physical, operational and financial goals are being met for Lund Living’s multi-family portfolio. Prior to that, in her previous role as Regional Manager, she was responsible for the oversight of existing multi-family communities and new lease up projects.

At Lund Living, Ryan is responsible for overseeing all company accounting practices, including departmental and property level, and ensures compliance with accounting standards imposed by all Federal and State agencies. Ryan oversees the financial reporting and strategic planning of related party real estate portfolios, including industrial, office, retail, land and multi-family. He assists with financial analysis of all contemplated real estate acquisitions, dispositions, developments, and refinancing activities. Ryan has provided financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and the coordination of financing on about $50 million worth of property developments that actualized for related parties.
Prior to joining the company, Ryan started his career at a full-service public accounting and consulting firm, and was later named Controller for an authority that manages the $291 million CenturyLink Center and the Omaha Civic Auditorium. He was involved with the financial planning and reporting of over $20 million in expansions and improvements.
Education
Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting and minor in coaching, from Midland Lutheran College. Ryan graduated Cum Laude under the 150 credit hour program and was an Academic All-American.

Jason serves as chief executive officer of The Lund Company, which has been among the top commercial real estate brokerage firms in the Omaha and Eastern Nebraska region for over 40 years. Jason leads over 500 professionals offering a full range services, including brokerage, valuation and consulting, client representation, property/facility management, along with project management and development.
Starting with The Lund Company in 2004, Jason became president in 2010 and assumed the role as CEO in 2022. With Jason’s innovation and commitment to customer service, the Company has seen remarkable growth with annual revenues increasing from $4 million, in 2004, to over $21 million currently. In addition to providing strategic leadership, establishing long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies for the The Lund Company, Jason has played a critical role in many of Omaha’s significant real estate projects, several of which have won prestigious, local Development Project and/or Deal of the Year awards.

Jason earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and is a graduate of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Omaha program. In her role as Senior Systems Analyst at Lund Living, Carrie is responsible for recommending new systems based on the cost, benefits, and usefulness of those systems. She leads the project team in the implementation of, or upgrades to, Lund Living’s software platforms in addition to providing support and training to the end-users. She also identifies, prevents, and resolves problems, tests cost-effective solutions, and provides high-level technical support to ensure efficient daily operations of the organization’s computer and ERP systems. Carrie joined the company in 2011 as Administrative Assistant. In 2013 she transferred to the IT Department as a Software Support Specialist and was promoted to Systems Analyst in 2016. She was again promoted to Senior Systems Analyst in 2023.
Education
Carrie attended Arizona State University and then transferred to the University of Nebraska-Omaha where she graduated with a Bachelor of General Studies and a Master of Accounting with a concentration in Information Analysis. Carrie was the recipient of the Bundesverwaltungsamt in Köln Award for outstanding academic achievement in 2006.

In her role as Accounting Manager, Taylor is responsible for financial statement review, variance explanations, budget/forecasting preparation, cash flow management, income and expense reconciliations, lease administration and providing financial data for the residential property management team. In addition, she is the accounting lead for all residential property transitions. Taylor joined The Lund Company in 2019, as a Staff Accountant and was promoted to Senior Accountant in 2021. Most recently, she was promoted to Accounting Manager in 2022.

Taylor received a Bachelor of Science in Business Analysis and Management from Bellevue University, as well as, an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting from Metropolitan Community College.
