When the property management team isn’t helping you find your perfect community, we are busy giving back to it. We live our values, believing we can make a remarkable difference every day in ways little and large. Our team members enjoy volunteering their time and talent with nonprofit organizations throughout the greater Omaha community. As a company, one of the ways we do this by extending one day of Volunteer Time Off (“VTO”) to all eligible employees each year. Our team members use this paid time off to give back to our communities in ways that include building houses with Habitat for Humanity; volunteering at local food banks; helping out at Special Olympics events; being Big Brothers and Sisters; and much, much more.
