With over 400 employees, The Lund Company specializes in anticipating the needs of multi-family communities and our residents. We have a dedicated team of managers, leasing and maintenance specialists, human resources, support, accounting and marketing. Our experience includes overseeing operations and providing performance analysis and pricing recommendations for properties throughout the region.
The Lund Company invests in the training and development of our team. Members hold numerous certifications and designations reflecting wide-range of expertise from organizations including National Apartment Association (NAA). We’ve been recognized as Best Property Management Company of the Year for 17 consecutive years by B2B Magazine and Property Management Company of the Year nine times by the Apartment Association of Nebraska (AAN).
COMMUNITY SERVICE / VTO
When the property management team isn’t helping you find your perfect community, we are busy giving back to it. We live our values, believing we can make a remarkable difference every day in ways little and large. Our team members enjoy volunteering their time and talent with nonprofit organizations throughout the greater Omaha community. As a company, one of the ways we do this by extending one day of Volunteer Time Off (“VTO”) to all eligible employees each year. Our team members use this paid time off to give back to our communities in ways that include building houses with Habitat for Humanity; volunteering at local food banks; helping out at Special Olympics events; being Big Brothers and Sisters; and much, much more.
