As Regional Property Manager, Nicole manages a portfolio of 1,300 units in the Omaha and Lincoln areas. Nicole joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2023 bringing with her experience in both commercial and multifamily property management, third-party management, and REITs. Nicole started in the industry in 2001 as a Property Manager.

Nicole attended the Randall School of Real Estate in both 2006 and 2023. She received her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2003, and her Certified Apartment Portfolio Manager (CAPS) from the National Apartment Association (NAA) in 2015.
