As Regional Property Manager, Tina oversees a portfolio consisting of luxury, new construction, and new development property renovations located in Omaha. Tina joined the Company in 2022, bringing with her experience in Nebraska and Iowa law, luxury apartments, multi-site community management, property renovations, and capital improvements.

Education

Tina attended Iowa State University and studied Meteorology with a secondary focus in Journalism and Mass Communications. In 2022, Tina received her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation, and in 2024 her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation both through the National Apartment Association.
