As Regional Property Manager, Meaghan is responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties throughout Northwest Arkansas, Oklahoma and Missouri. She began her career with The Lund Company as a Property Manager in 2022 and advanced to the role of Regional Property Manager in 2024. Meaghan has cultivated a broad expertise in managing a variety of property types over the last twelve years. Her experience encompasses market rate, Section 42, student housing and new developments, reflecting her comprehensive skill set in the property management industry. Meaghan embraces creating curated resident experiences and enjoys fostering the growth and development of on-site teams.
